I have to agree. The media are responsible for much of what is wrong
with Canada and America today, IMO. Mostly because they just want to
make money, and journalistic integrity is something they left back
at school. I don't believe they are after influence per se; they
want power only as long as it makes them more money. I for one would
like to see non-profit local newspapers in every city, which I would
then read.
