I didn't know you could copytight a name of a company, only trademark it.
If it's trademarked it's a different issue isn't it. You aren't using it
as a brandname for any portion of bayMOO, and you arn't competing with him
in business. I don't see where he has a leg to stand on. But please do
repost the EFF's reply.
