i'd like to see the response from eff...it seems to me in my limited lay
person's knowledge that the other party is confusing copyright law with
trademark law...a copyright protects an original artistic or literary
work, whereas a trademark can be used to protect, among other things, a
business name...afaik, you aren't violating his "copyright" cuz he
doesn't have a "copyright" in a business name.....................seneca
