some french firefigther i guess??? you see, the first time i saw this story in
a newspaper over here, was years and years ago. the story said that it happened
in Corsica, the Mediterranean island, during some heavy forest fires there,
early in the eighties. then it surfaced again, but this time it
was said to have happened in some fire in the south of mainland france,
early in the 90s. and then the case was reported after all those forest fires
in california some years ago.....

but i love this kind of thing! it's the same kind of thing as the
good times virus, same kind of social and psychological processes i guess...
