The following information pertains to a new list that has been
established for the purpose of discussing the plight of street
children in Latin America. Organizations that currently work in
Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua have agreed to participate
in this discussion. Through this list, we hope to send out accurate
information about the problems facing these children and what might
