If it's swallowed, it could be pyroglutamate tablets or piracetam.

I was going to say it might be vasopressin, but it hasn't been tested for
Alzheimers' use (as far as I know) yet. Also, it's inhaled, not ingested.

That's pretty neat. If you could find out what it is, I might try it
