Is a little scary.
I am surprised that the US Govt spends only $20,000 per year on each Tribal
Nation citizen. The treaties that they signed indicated that the Tribal
Nation members would be given everything that they need forever. Try to get
everything you need on $20,000 per year, not taking into account the fact that
the system prolly takes 80% of it in the process. The govt appears to be
avoiding compliance with those old treaties. But we knew that, right?
