But this dialect-separatation-by-class thing is happening now... part of
the problem with lower-class or under-educated people finding jobs and
attempting to move up (be employed) in the world is a limitation imposed by
the "dialect" that they speak... basically, non-standard english.
(nevermind for the moment, that this argument may or may not apply in other
languages). Employers are not interested in employees who cannot meet the
demands of speaking standard english (or at least fairly grammatically
correct english as understood by the business world), no matter what colour
your skin is...
and as for different jobs... well, yeah, that's happening too.
