Why pick? Why not just have the page randomly call up a logo from the list
of those that are submitted? Let's not stick too much to anything official
and permenant for this site. If you want to make a logo or a page for the
site do it. It will get used.

The logo is really used in two ways. First and formost it is something to
stick at the top of the page. Now this doesn't have to be an FC logo
persay. We could just make it FC inspired art. Which might actually be
better since we are not and organization per say, but just a group of
people who hang out online and talk. But something to signal the average
surfer "You've left yahoo! you are now in futurec webspace!" Also it's a
way of sending a compressed memetic signal to people. Like the cristian
religion can boil all their ideas and memes, and worldview down to one
simple icon, two perpendicular lines, on longer than the other, slightly
off center. I don't know if we want that either since I sure as hell don't
know what we could boil FC down to for an ico.
I guess it's just a way to express FC graphically instead of textually.

Unfortuneatly Pantone(tm) has no futurec color :-)
